We were always struck by the kind spirit of Bob and his total devotion to family. It was uplifting to meet with Bob over the split rail fence between our homes as I always came away feeling better for our time spent in conversation. It was a blessing to have him as a neighbor and a blessing to call him friend. Please know that we are praying for all family and loved ones and will continue to do so.

Today we are celebrating Bob's life and remembering the great times we had with Nancy and him--flying kites together in Florida, attending an art exhibit in Kalamazoo, enduring an endless bagpipe concert at St. Mary's, and enjoying tasty meals at Das Essenhaus. How much we will miss him! How grateful we are to have had him as a friend. Our love and prayers are with each one in his family.
