So many wonderful memories of Martha and Francis, our lives were blessed by knowing them! I remember so lovingly them holding hands in bible study, it was a natural thing for them. We are out of town but please know you're in our thoughts and prayers. God bless you.

Our most sincere condolences. Martha and Francis have been a part of life since 1957. In the past 20 years, whenever we would meet, we always had the most pleasant conversations. She and Francis will truly be missed by both Helen and I. May they both now rest in peace. She and Francis will live on in the memories of both the family and friends.

I knew Francis and Martha through their former neighbor and my sister, Annie Mark.
They were the most jovial and fun-loving couple that I ever met. Their positivity, humor and supportive nature were shared with everyone.
Annie and I would visit Martha at her home on Thorn Road in North Liberty after Francis passed away. She always talked about Francis and how much she missed him. This would always bring tears to her eyes.
We are all better people to have known Francis and her.
May their legacy live on through their family and friends.

Where to begin? It seems as though Martha and Francis were always a part of my life! Judy was my best friend and even after her death we stayed close. They were such an inspiration of how to live life and, above all, how to love! We haven't been in touch in awhile because my husband was ill and recently passed away. I'm really going to miss her and I know you all will too. Thanks to all of you for taking such good care of her and surrounding her with your love.

I was so sorry to hear about your Mother's passing. Just found out last evening and felt bad I didn't know before. It seems like it wasn't too long ago that I talked to her and she was her upbeat self, I will miss being able to visit with her once in awhile. My thoughts and prayers are with all of you, I am sure she will be missed.
