Harold E. Stull, 84 of Plymouth passed away on August 4, 2018 at home with his sons by his side.

He was born on September 23, 1933 in North Liberty to the late Cleo and Esther (Tinkey) Stull.

On June 12, 1954 in Hamlet, IN he married Margaret “Marge” Paschen who preceded him in death on November 8, 2011. Harold was also preceded in death by twin children, Rosemary & Harold, Jr., sisters, Iva, Mickey and Fern and brothers, Lawrence, Sherland and Clyde.

Harold is survived by his five sons, Donald L (Wanda) Stull of West Virginia, Michael E. (Toni) Stull of Springfield, OH, Todd J. Stull of Mishawaka, Russell L. Stull and Derek L. Stull both of Plymouth; thirteen grandchildren and eighteen great-grandchildren.

He retired from Bendix Corp (Honeywell) after 30 years of service working as a Line Operator.

He proudly served in the U.S. Army during the Korean Conflict. He was a member of the North Liberty American Legion Post 365.  He loved horses and was a 4-H Leader. Harold was also a member of the North Liberty Horse and Pony Club for many years. He also loved going fishing, hunting and spending time with his family.

In lieu of flowers the family request memorial contributions be made to Pet Refuge, 4626 Burnett Drive, South Bend, IN 46614 or North Liberty Twp.Horse and Pony Club, 380 Sycamore Road, Walkerton, IN 46574.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, August 8th from 4:00 to 8:00 PM at Hanley and Sons Funeral Home “Walkerton Chapel” located at 1216 Roosevelt Rd., Walkerton.  Funeral services will be at 11:00 AM on Thursday, August 9th at the funeral home with Pastor Tim Davis officiating.  Burial will follow at Westlawn Cemetery, North Liberty. Military Honors will take place by the North Liberty American Legion Post 365 and North Liberty VFW Post 1954.

Mr Stull worked with my dad... Roy Van Der Heyden.... he call him one of his buddies... My dad has been gone 3 years now.... Hope they have shared a laugh in heaven.... Peace be with the family...

I was so very sorry to hear of your Dad passing. I have many great memories growing up as neighbors to the Stull Family. I’m sure your Mom was waiting for him. Prayers to each of you and your families. May they Rest In Peace.
