Andrew Raymond Ritter, Sr., of Granger, passed into eternal rest in the late evening of Monday, November 10, 2025, due to an extended illness, at the age of 38.
Andrew was born on December 5, 1986, in Oil City, Pennsylvania, to Kathryn L. (Smith) Raschka and Mark Ritter who adopted him when he was 8 years old. He grew up in the Michiana area and was a graduate of Penn High School. Andrew’s faith and compassion for others lead him in his career as a mentor and caregiver. He loved his country and served in the AmeriCorps when he was in his late teens and early 20’s. He was currently a member of the Christian Men’s Battlecry Group. He was a proud father to his three children, spending time with them was his greatest joy. He was also a gun enthusiast and enjoyed fishing.
Andrew is survived by his mother and stepfather, Kathryn L. and Allen Raschka of Granger, by his father, Mark Ritter of Winchester, Virginia and by his adored children, Alana Ritter, Andrew “AJ” Ritter, Jr. and Owen Ritter.
