Bobby C. Wortham, 86, of South Bend, passed away on Saturday, September 18th in his home.
Bobby was born in Paris, TX on November 23. 1934 to the late Bob H. Wortham and Dollie G. (Wilkerson) Hillman. On January 27, 1975 in Michigan City, IN he married Esther Mackowski. Esther passed away on January 6th, 2013. He is survived by his daughter, Dawn W. (John) Kelly of Gainsville, VA, sons, Dwayne A. Wacunas of Mishawaka, IN and Bobby L. Wortham of Austin, TX and dughter in law, Jeannine Smith Wortham, four grandchildren, Alysia, Natalie, Zachary Kelly and Debbie Wortham Rankin. He was preceded in death by father, mother and step-father, Tommie Hillman, son, Donald C. Wortham and brother, Roy Wortham.
Bobby was retired from the former Yellow Freight Lines as a manager. Bobby came to this area in 2001 from Rowlett, TX. He enjoyed lawn care (especially riding his John Deere), woodworking and spending time with his grandkids and friends.

The family will have visitation on Thursday, September 23 from 4:00 to 7:00 PM at Hanley and Sons Funeral Home “Southwest Chapel” located at 23421 State Road 23/West Ireland Road.
