Cheryl Ann Lukasiak

   Cheryl Ann Lukasiak, 59, of South Bend passed away on Thursday, November 5th at Memorial Hospital following an extended illness.

   Cheryl was born on June 23, 1961 to Leonard "Luke" Lukasiak and Mary Rita (Lukasiak nee Schramm) Rodino, in South Bend.

   Surviving are her step-father, Louis A. Rodino, sister, Gina O’Neal, step-sister, Kim and Dwight Madison, step-brother, Louis A. (Sandy) Rodino, III and nieces and nephews. Along with her half siblings Donna Houghton, Scott and Matt Lukasiak. Cheryl was preceded in death by her father, Leonard (Luke) on February 27, 2003, her mother, Rita on March 4, 2002 and her step-mother, Pat Lukasiak.

   Visitation will be on Tuesday, November 10th from 4:00 P.M. to 7:00 PM. at Hanley and Sons Funeral Home "Southwest Chapel" located at 23421 State Road 23/West Ireland Road, South Bend, IN. A Mass of Christian Burial will be on Wednesday, November 11th at noon at Sacred Heart Catholic Church on South 931. Burial will follow at Southlawn Cemetery, South Bend.

   Cheryl’s family wishes to thank all the staff along with Hospice Care Givers.

   In lieu of flowers, memorial contribution may be made in Cheryl’s name to Special Olympics of Indiana, P.O. Box 44094, Indianapolis, IN 46244-0094 or Logan Industries, 3621 Boland Drive, South Bend, IN 46628.
