Christine L. (Smith) Grzeskowiak

   Christine L. (Smith) Grzeskowiak, 70 of North Liberty, passed away on Sunday, July 25th at Memorial Hospital following an extended illness.

  Christine was born in South Bend on September 22, 1950 to the late Kenny and Phyllis (Dawson) Smith.

  On December 16, 2005 she married Donald H. Grzeskowiak in South Bend. Don preceded her in death on October 23, 2012. Christine is survived by her sisters, Denise Heltzel and Cheryl Sivlerberg both of South Bend, brothers, Greg of Mt. Pleasant, MI, Kenny of Mishawaka and Scott Smith of South Bend and her nephew, Todd Roempagel of New Carlisle, IN.

  She was employed and retired from Dana Corporation of Mishawaka, IN, as a laborer, following many years of service.

  Christine loved playing bingo, car shows and especially going to the casino, whenever she could, hoping to win big.

  Burial will take place at Porter-Rae Cemetery within Potato Creek State Park in North Liberty.
