Christopher Gadacz, 58, of South Bend, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, December 22, 2025, in his home.
Christopher was born in South Bend, on February 5, 1967, to the late Ronald F. and Beverly J. (Bella) Gadacz. He remained a lifelong resident to the area and was a dedicated proud employee of Nyloncraft company in Mishawaka for many years.
Christopher had an adventurous spirit. He loved taking trips with his family to destinations like Detroit, Las Vegas, Washington D.C., Canada, Cayman Islands, and Mexico, where he made precious memories with the people he loved. He also enjoyed attending local events, spending his weekends at various car shows and festivals in Indiana and Michigan. His Wednesday nights were slated for his favorite T.V. show, Survivor. Known as a “Survivor Superfan” he never missed an episode and could tell you the history of the show. He was also a fan of the shows, Gold Rush, Moonshiners, Vikings, and enjoyed watching football and basketball games. He liked to listen to music as well. When he would crank up his radio, it was to heavy metal classics like Motley Crue, Guns N’ Roses and Ozzy Osbourne.
Christopher is survived by his aunt, Kathie Bieschke, his siblings, Kathryn (Lawrence) Bojczyk of Gaithersburg, Maryland, Debbie Davis of Indianapolis, Jeffery J. Gadacz of Birmingham, Michigan and Dennis Gadacz of Mishawaka. He will be forever loved and missed by many cousins, nieces and nephews including Paul Bieschke, Clare Bieschke (Kozakiewicz), Joe Bieschke, Laurel Bieschke, Anya Bojczyk, Loren Gadacz, Courtney Gadacz, Matt Davis and Brent Davis.
Cremation has taken place with no services at this time. The family will announce a celebration of Christopher’s life at a later date.
The Hanley and Sons Funeral Home “Southwest Chapel” and Cremation Service is handling arrangements and extends our deepest sympathy and heartfelt prayers to all of Christopher’s family and friends.
