Donna L. (Scheck) Winter

  Donna L. Winter, 74, of Mishawaka, passed away suddenly, in her home, on Monday, December 20th.

  Donna was born on December 8,1947, to the late Donald and Ruth (Freda) Scheck in Chicago, IL. On October 9, 1965, Donna married Douglas D. Winter, Sr. Dougls passed away on May 30, 2011. She is survived by her sons: Douglas (Ann Marie) Winter and Robert Kimberly) Winter both of South Bend, along with her six (6) grandchildren and three (3) great-grandchildren. Also surviving are her sisters, Frankie and Rosie and brother, Patrick. Donna was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Douglas and her daughter, Michelle Lynn Winter in 1967 and her sister, Janice.

  She retired from a cleaning service in the area. She loved to crochet and being with her loving kids and her grandkids.

  The family will have a service at a later date for Donna.
