Jeffrey A. Ward, 56, of Walkerton, passed away in the morning of Tuesday, October 17, 2023, at St. Joseph Regional Medical Center in Mishawaka. 

Jeffrey was born on February 24, 1967, in Gary, IN, to the late William Dale and Lorraine (Diederich) Ward.  Jeffrey worked in the R.V. industry for a living.  He was always tinkering with his hands, fixing everything he touched.  He enjoyed antiquing, looking for those old hidden gems.  He was also an avid NASCAR fan.  Jeffrey mostly loved just hanging with his friends.

Jeffrey is survived by his siblings, Dale Ward of South Bend, Charlene Ward of Forrest Park, GA, Jamie Dooley of Albertville, MN, and Charles Ward of Valparaiso, IN and by his nieces and nephews, Cole, Roni, Randy, Brian, Jennifer, and Alex. He is preceded in death by his parents and his daughter, Amber Lee Meyer.

Jeffrey’s family is following his wishes to be cremated with no services.  He will be laid to rest at Woodlawn Cemetery, in Walkerton, next to his parents.
