Jennifer J. Jacobs, 53 of Osceola passed away in her home on Wednesday, January 25th following an illness.

  Jennifer was born on May 31st, 1968, in South Bend to the late George W. and Jacqueline (Chwalek) Jacobs. She is survived by her son, Joshua R. McCune of Osceola, her sisters, Robin (Larry) L. Manzer of South Bend, Cindy A. Jacobs of Mishawaka, her brothers, George (Tammie) W. Jacobs of Columbus, Ohio and Joseph (Laural) A. Jacobs of South Bend, 5 loving nieces...

  Jennifer J. Jacobs, 53 of Osceola passed away in her home on Wednesday, January 25th following an illness.

  Jennifer was born on May 31st, 1968, in South Bend to the late George W. and Jacqueline (Chwalek) Jacobs. She is survived by her son, Joshua R. McCune of Osceola, her sisters, Robin (Larry) L. Manzer of South Bend, Cindy A. Jacobs of Mishawaka, her brothers, George (Tammie) W. Jacobs of Columbus, Ohio and Joseph (Laural) A. Jacobs of South Bend, 5 loving nieces and 1 loving nephew and 6 great-nieces and 3 great nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents and her fur baby, Bailey.

  Jennifer was an owner/operator of restaurants. She loved to read, loved to cook, being with her family, especially being with her loving pets, her 2 dogs, Hailey and Erie. 

  The family will have a Celebration of Life on Sunday, February 6th, from 1:00 to 3:00 PM at Hanley and Sons Funeral Home “Southwest Chapel” located at 23421 State Road 23/West Ireland Road, South Bend with a celebration at 3:00 P.M..
