Jesse M. Williams

Jesse M. Williams, 83, of South Bend, passed into eternal rest on Thursday, December 7, 2023 at Creekside Village in Mishawaka.

Jesse was born on November 6, 1940, in Waterloo, Alabama, to the late Clifford W. and Virginia A. (Holcombe) Williams.  On March 15, 2003, in Mishawaka, he married Kim C. Cunningham, who survives.  Also surviving are his two daughters, Kasey (Cole) Duddleson of Mishawaka, and Erin (Adam) Whitney of Ada, MI, his son, Brent A. (Jennifer) Williams of Mishawaka and his five loving grandchildren, Rachel Williams, Lucas Duddleson, Olivia Duddleson, Ethan Whitney, and Avery Whitney.  He is also survived by a brother, Denny (Jean) Williams. 

Jesse was a Real Estate Investor and a lifelong resident to the area. He had many hobbies and kept himself busy in life.  He liked to collect antique cars, coins, and had a passion for John Deere tractors.  He was also a private pilot and loved flying.  He was also good at playing the guitar.  Jesse was also a family man and loved being surrounded by his loving family. 

Friends may visit with the family from 3:00 P.M. to 6:00 P.M. on Thursday, December 14, 2023, in the Hanley and Sons Funeral Home, 23421 S. R. 23, South Bend, IN 46614.  There will be a private entombment at Fairview Cemetery, in Mishawaka, on Thursday December 21, 2023.  In honor of Jesse, memorial contributions can be made to South Side General Baptist Church, 1615 S. Spring St., Mishawaka, IN  46544.
