Lori Ann Douglas, 55, of South Bend passed away Monday, January 10th in her home, following an extended illness.
Lori Ann was born in South Bend on March 31, 1966, to Thomas D. Douglas and Nancy (Kujawski) L. Sharp.
Lori Ann is survived by her father, Thomas of South Bend and her mother, Nancy of Spring Hills, FL.,sister, Ann Marie Douglas, her brother, Thomas D. Douglas, Jr. both of South Bend and a step-brother, Shawn Sharp of Spring Hill, FL.
Cremation has taken place and she will be with her loved ones.
