Mary Ann Cooreman

Mary Ann (Snider) Cooreman, 65, of South Bend, passed away unexpectedly on the morning of Wednesday, December 27, 2023.

Mary Ann was born on August 12, 1958, in Niles, Michigan, to Harold and Mary G. (Overton) Snider. She remained a lifelong resident to the South Bend area.  On August 21, 2011, in Mishawaka, she married Chris J. Cooreman. 

Mary Ann was a kind soul; she was always willing to lend a helping hand to others in need.  She loved cooking meals and spending time with her loving family, especially with all of her grandkids.  In her spare time, she enjoyed making crafts of all sorts. 

Mary Ann is survived by her parents, Harold and Mary G. Snider of South Bend, by her husband Chris J. Cooreman of South Bend, by her son, Jeremy W. (Krystal) Lane of Mishawaka, and by her stepdaughter, Jessica N. Cooreman of South Bend.  She was the grandma to six loving grandchildren, Olivia Kline, Carter Lane, Amalia Lane, Lillian Lane, Zoey Miller, and Leia Miller.  She is also survived by two brothers, Harold Snider Jr. of California and Bob (Sara) Snider of California. 

The family is following her wishes to be cremated.  There will be a celebration of Mary Ann’s life at 1:00 P.M. on Saturday, January 27, 2024, at the De Amicis Club, 302 W. 11th St., Mishawaka, IN 46544.  Memorial contributions to honor Mary Ann can be made to the Pet Refuge, 4626 S. Burnett Dr., South Bend, IN 46614 or to the donor’s choice.
