Patricia Ann Dudeck, 88 of South Bend, passed away on Saturday, February 5th at her daughter, DiAnne’s home with her loving family by her side.
Pat was born to the late Leonard Isaac and Mary Margaret (Augustine) Feece in South Bend on October 19, 1933. On August 4th, 1953, she married her high school sweetheart, Robert P. (Skip) Dudeck. Skip passed away April 17, 2016. Pat is survived by her daughter, DiAnne (Shawn) Donlon of South Bend, two sons, Scott (Catherine) Dudeck of Granger and Mark (Judy) Dudeck of Wilmington, North Carolina, her loving grandchildren and greatgrandchildren: Tyler (Mary), Madeline, Sydney, Keagan, Cecelia Donlon, Cody (Christy), Lilah, Lindi, Dawson Donlon, Kipp (Lindsay), Calvin, Claire Donlon, Casey (Jay) Leah, Cole, Savannah Fleishman, Nathan Dudeck, Mallory (Matt), Tessa, Taylor Iams, McCall (Austin), Charlie, Nelle Hardison, Bailey (Justin), Sam Leitch and 16 nephews, 15 nieces, 34 great nephews, 19 great nieces, 22 great-great nephews and 14 great-great nieces. Also, her sisters, Lynnie (Dennis) Klingerman, Eva Horvath and Terri Foley. Preceding her in death was her sisters, Betty Shidaker and Mary Feece and her brother, James Feece.
Pat retired after many years of service for the South Bend Community Schools as a secretary. She was a longtime member of Corpus Christi Catholic Church. Pat was very involved in her grandchildren’s activities. Her heart burst with pride, joy and love for her children and grandkids in whatever activities they were involved with. She had a very close relationship with her sisters and her sister in laws, Shirley Dudeck and Carol Dudeck-Connell.
The family REQUEST NO FLOWERS or PLANTS, but to make memorial contribution to the Center for Hospice, 501 Comfort Place, Mishawaka, IN 46545, in Pat’s memory.
The family will have visitation at Corpus Christi Catholic Church located at 2822 Corpus Christi Drive, South Bend, from 10:00 A.M. to 12:00 P.M. on Saturday, February 12th, with a Mass of Christian Burial to begin at 12:00 P.M. with Fr. Daryl Rybacki officiating. Burial will follow the service at Sumption Prairie Cemetery, South Bend.
