Robert Couch

Robert Couch, 91, of Whitestown, Indiana passed away during the early morning hours of Friday, January 17th in Ascension St. Vincent Hospital of Indianapolis.

Robert was born in Hazard, Kentucky on August 26, 1933, to Eli and Edith (Rison) Couch. After his educational years he went on to serve proudly in the United States Navy and the United States Airforce. After his honorably service he took a job with Plymouth United Technologies. He enjoyed the outdoors, bird watching and going fishing, along with being an avid bowler.

Robert is survived by his daughter, Tami (Curt) Austin of Whitestown, Indiana and daughter-in-law, Melissa Couch of Argos. He was the proud grandfather of Mileke and Keenan Austin. He is also survived by his sister, Judy (Ed) Dolezal of St. Cloud, Wisconsin. He was preceded in death by his son, Robert Lynn Couch.

As per Robert’s wishes cremation is to take place. A breakfast in his honor will be held at a later date. Memorial contributions may be made in Robert’s name to the American Red Cross.
