Ronald Pinkston Obituary

Ronald D. Pinkston, 75, of South Bend, IN, passed away unexpectedly in his home on February 28, 2023.

Ronald was born on September 26, 1947 to the late Curtis A. and Imogene R. (House) Pinkston.  On August 21, 1999 in South Bend, IN, he married Tatiana Pinaeva.   Tatiana survives along with his sons, Trevor D. (Tahnee) Pinkston of Osceola, IN, Jason D. Pinkston of Buchanan, MI, and Zachary A. (April) Pinkston of IL.    He was also the proud grandpa to 11 grandchildren, Brandi, Curtis, Jodi, Kylee, Zachary, Nathan, Breana, Tyler, Lily, Audri, Emma and 4 great-grandchildren.  He is also survived by his sisters, Beatrice Clark of Buchanan, MI, Elwanda Delinski of South Bend, IN, Shelley Wolt of Denver, NC, and Melody Pinkston, along with numerous nieces and nephews.

Ronald honorably served in the United States Army and was a veteran of the Vietnam war. He retired as a machinist from Bendix Corporation in South Bend, IN.   In his spare time, Ronald enjoyed fishing and swinging his clubs on the golf course.   He had a love for watching action movies and had many laughs watching comedy YouTube videos.   His greatest joy was spending his time with family and grandchildren.

Ronald’s wishes were to be cremated.  Family will have a Celebration of Ronald’s life at a later date.
