Rose Marie (Kendall) Wolff

Rose Marie (Kendall) Wolff, 88, of North Liberty, passed away on Thursday, September 14, 2023, in her home. 

Rose was born on June 15, 1935, in Marshall County, to the late Albert and Olive (Turner) Kendall.  On November 10, 1957, in Plymouth, she married Harvey N. Wolff.  Together they raised four beautiful children.  Rose went to school to become a Registered Nurse. During her career she worked for the Walkerton Medical Clinic and for the Memorial Health System.   In her free time, Rose enjoyed tending to the flowers in her yard, sewing, and doing crafts.  She also liked to spend time in the kitchen decorating cakes for any occasion.  The greatest joy in her life was when she was spending time with her family and most of all with her grandchildren, whom she loved dearly.

Rose is survived by her husband, Harvey N. Wolff of North Liberty, by her two daughters, Lori (Curt) Rash of Plymouth, and Karen (Chuck) Harris of Markle, IN, and by her two sons, Michael (Debbie) Wolff of North Liberty, and Steven (Michele) Wolff of South Bend and by her loving 16 grandchildren and 23 great-grandchildren.  Rose is preceded in death by her parents and her brother, Albert Jerry Kendall. 

There will be a funeral service at 12:00 P.M. on Monday, September 18, 2023, at St. Paul Lutheran Church, 15697 New Road, Mishawaka, IN 46544, where friends may visit from 10:00 A.M. to 12:00 P.M.  Rose will be laid to rest at Porter Rea Cemetery in North Liberty following service.  In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in honor of Rose, can be made to Center for Hospice, 501 Comfort Place, Mishawaka, IN 46545 and to St. Paul Lutheran Church, 15697 New Road, Mishawaka, IN 46544.
