Tyler H. Schmidt

Tyler H. Schmidt, 28, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, August 29, 2020 at Elkhart General Hospital, Elkhart, IN.

 Tyler was born on September 14, 1991 in South Bend to Steve R Schmidt and Angelia (Martin) Schmidt-Slabach.

 Tyler married Alissa Rowley on May 7, 2016.

 He is survived by his loving parents, estranged wife, Alissa, sister, Kaitlyn Munson, of O'Fallon, MO, two brothers, Irie Slabach of Granbury, TX and Zach Adams of O'Fallon, MO, step-mother, Tika Schmidt and step-father, Joseph Slabach.

 Tyler worked as a factory worker for several companies.

 He had a love of cars, loved skateboarding and all music.

A Celebration of Tyler’s Life will be on Saturday, September 5th at Hanley and Sons Funeral Home “Southwest Chapel” located at 23421 State Road 23/West Ireland Road, South Bend, at 4:00 P.M.with Pastor Robert Cox, officiating.

Visitation will be from 2:00 P.M. till time of celebration.
