Betty J. Rudduck, 91, of South Bend passed away on Monday, August 29th at Millers Merry Manor, Walkerton, IN.
She was born on August 4, 1925 in Jasonville, IN to the late Joseph and Dorothy (Shepard) Henico.
On June 10, 1941 she married Charles Reece who passed away in 1967. She then married Marvin Rudduck who preceded her in death in 1979. Betty was also preceded in death by a daughter, Barbara Heitkamp, a son, Charles Reece, Jr., sister, Lola Payne and brother, Robert Henico.
Betty is survived by her daughter, Linda Hoke of Walkerton, IN; ten grandchildren, fifteen great grandchildren and eleven great great grandchildren all whom she loved and cherished.
She enjoyed reading, dancing, cooking for her family and was an avid Notre Dame Fan for years.
Visitation will be held on Friday, September 2nd from 10:00 to 11:00 AM at Hanley and Sons Funeral Home “Southwest Chapel” located at State Rd. 23/W. Ireland Rd., South Bend. Funeral Services will follow in the funeral home with Pastor Trenton Prieshoff officiating. Burial will take place at Sumption Prairie Cemetery, South Bend.
